"South China Shipyard", originally Chinese state-owned "Guangdong Xinhui Shipyard" established in 1958, was purchased by an experienced vessel developer in Hong Kong, South China Shipbuilding Holdings (HK) Ltd, exclusively with its own investment in August, 2005. Having been transformed to a modern base of operations for building export ships, the shipyard is in the business of building ships, marine offshore facilities and relevant completed facilities. From now on, businesses under our Group possess the integrative capacity of designing, building, selling and chartering ships and provide complete industrial chain service to both local and overseas ship owners.
